This Privacy Policy explains how MagnaMente LLC (“MagnaMente,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website, magnamente.com. It does not cover our products SawItOn.ai, HeavyPocket.ai, or OrderIntake.ai, each of which has its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, optional subject, and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. We use a short-lived, in-memory count of recent submissions per IP address to limit spam; it is not stored long term.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to tell humans from bots. Cloudflare processes limited technical signals for this check; see Cloudflare’s privacy documentation for details.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers on this site.

How we use information

• To reply to messages you send us.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run this site:

• Vercel — website hosting and DNS.
• Loops — delivery of the email that notifies us of your contact-form submission.
• Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on the contact form.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

Retention

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete it.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent through the contact form by reaching us via the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date on this page.
